We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee which refunds your full payment minus one month's usage price plus applicable taxes. This guarantee applies only if you cancel within 30 days from your initial purchase date.

Silkbinary provides VPS and Web Hosting services with data centers located in Mumbai, India for Web Hosting and Singapore for VPS.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Silkbinary and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms.
In no event shall Silkbinary, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including without limitation loss of profits data use goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from (i) Your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs viruses trojan horses or similar that may be transmitted through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content; (vi) defamatory offensive illegal conduct by third parties.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Assam India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right at Our sole discretion to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion. We can also make changes to prices without prior notification although it is rare. However we will not change prices during an active contract period. Active customers will be notified about changes post-update.
